The Auto4 Team are keenly aware of the ongoing support we get from you, our loyal customer. Conscious of this we have been considering what we can do to show you our appreciation and have decided to introduce the Auto4 REWARD programme

How does it work?

For every £1 you spend with Auto4, across our complete product range, including servicing of equipment, you will receive one REWARD point which has a nominal value of £0.02. You will automatically collect REWARD points with every purchase you make from Auto4.

Don’t worry, we’ll keep a record of how many points you have accrued. There is no time limit to redeem your points, so if you do want to save up towards buying a piece of capital equipment you will have plenty of time. If you want to use your points quickly there will be other great value products for you to redeem your points against.

For example, if you have received invoices totalling £1,000 (less VAT and any credits) you will have built up 1000 REWARD points, with a redeemable value of £20 (1000 x £0.02). Alternatively check with your sales representative or contact the Auto4 accounts department.

Which products can I redeem my REWARD points against?

Your REWARD points are redeemable against tyre changers, wheel balancers, compressors, lifts and wheel aligners. And what is more, from time to time we will announce some special promotions when your REWARD points can be redeemed against additional products.

How do I redeem my points?

Simply call our sales support team or speak with your sales representative. Tell them what you would like to buy, how many points you wish to redeem and they will do the rest. And don’t forget these purchases in themselves will generate further REWARD points to use in the future.

How long can I keep my REWARD points for?

This is not a one off promotion it is a long term scheme designed to reward your loyalty to Auto4 over the short, medium and long term.

How do I benefit?

The best way to benefit is to ensure you always purchase from Auto4. We don’t just sell the traditional balance weights, valves and tyre repair materials; we also sell capital equipment, servicing and a new range of workshop essentials. If you are unsure about our range then please ask your sales representative or a member of the sales support team.
